Our flexo ink system is designed to run on both paper and vinyl substrates. Its near Newtonian rheology provides excellent press run-ability, transfer of inks and resolubility.  It consistently produces superior print quality.

This is an old but unique way of printing paper. The ground and top prints require low temperature drying. The top coats can be dried either at low or high temperatures.

Developed under careful guidance to offset the ever growing demand for the replacement of solvent based screen inks. These specially formulated water-based inks exhibit nearly the same performance as solvent inks without the hazardous toxic materials. It provides an excellent print quality on paper, vinyl and non-woven substrates without the use of high energy.

The system consists of the usual whites, pigment colors, metallic pigments, matte and metallic clear extenders and other additives.

We offer a wide range of high quality water based laminating adhesives for binding paper, woven and non-woven to vinyl as well as bonding non-woven to non-woven substrates. We also offer a line of sand and beads adhesives or glues, which can be applied by surface rollers or open screens.

Our packaging line offers specialty water based primers, pigmented and non-pigmented clears, water based inks for wide web gravure and flexo for paper, paper board, foil, film and metalized film. These primers, clears and inks offer excellent clarity, transparency and adhesion.
